This year’s league play will begin April 18th (weather permitting). The league consists of a maximum of twenty-two (62), 2-man teams, for a total of 124 players. There will be 17 weeks of golf consisting of two 8-week halves (separate prizes for each half) followed by the championship playoff, the individual low-net tournament, and meal night. Therefore, year-end tournament is tentatively scheduled for August 15th. However, if a rain-out occurs during the season, we will push it out until August 22nd.
The Thursday Men’s League plays a 2-person team format. Everyone plays their own ball and the league uses match-play scoring, with handicaps, determines a team’s points each week. These points are tallied throughout the year (both individually and as a team) that culminates in a playoff competition at the end of the season. Each week there are several hole contests and prizes.
